Important Mobile Privacy Promise

A2P 10DLC / SMS Privacy Commitment

Uberhaus LLC does not share, sell, rent, trade, transfer, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or consent records to third parties, affiliates, partners, lead generators, or data brokers for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

SMS consent is direct, separate, sender-specific, and voluntary. It cannot be purchased, assigned, transferred, imported, or supplied by a third party. Messages governed by this Policy are sent only by Uberhaus LLC under the Uberhaus brand.

1. Introduction and Scope

Uberhaus LLC, operating under the Uberhaus brand (collectively, “Uberhaus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects privacy and is committed to handling Personal Data responsibly, transparently, and securely.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, protect, and otherwise process Personal Data when you visit or interact with https://www.uberhaus.llc; submit a contact, consultation, demo, quote, intake, or service-request form; communicate with us by email, telephone, text message, chat, social media, or another channel; purchase, subscribe to, or inquire about our services; interact with an Uberhaus-operated AI receptionist, chatbot, automated assistant, or communications feature; or otherwise interact with Uberhaus in a context in which this Policy is presented.

“Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. Depending on applicable law, similar terms may include “personal information” or “personally identifiable information.”

This Policy is a privacy notice only. Reading or accepting it does not create consent to receive SMS, MMS, email marketing, telephone solicitations, or other promotional communications. Consent for each channel is obtained separately as required by law.

2. Our Privacy Roles

2.1 When Uberhaus Acts as a Business or Controller

Uberhaus generally acts as the business or data controller for Personal Data collected through the Uberhaus website; Uberhaus sales, marketing, and customer-service activities; our own email and mobile-messaging programs; account administration, billing, and contracting; and communications sent directly to Uberhaus.

2.2 When Uberhaus Acts for a Business Client

Uberhaus may provide websites, customer-relationship management tools, communications technology, AI receptionist services, marketing systems, automation, or related services to business clients. In those circumstances, Uberhaus may process Personal Data on behalf of the client as a service provider or data processor, and the client generally determines the purposes and means of processing.

  • The client’s privacy notice ordinarily governs the client’s collection and use of Personal Data.
  • Privacy requests concerning client-controlled data should generally be directed to that client.
  • Uberhaus processes client-controlled data under the client’s instructions, contractual restrictions, and applicable law.
  • The client is responsible for providing legally sufficient notices and obtaining legally sufficient consent for its own communications and marketing activities.

Consent provided to an Uberhaus client is not consent to receive messages from Uberhaus. Consent provided to Uberhaus is not consent to receive messages from an Uberhaus client. Each sender must obtain its own direct, sender-specific consent.

2.3 Separate Brands and Services

This Policy governs the Uberhaus agency website and Uberhaus-branded services. A separately branded website, product, or service that displays its own privacy notice is governed by that notice. This distinction may include a separate Uberhaus LLC brand such as Fala Kids when a separate notice is presented.

3. Personal Data We Collect

The Personal Data we collect depends on how you interact with us, the services involved, and the choices you make.

3.1 Contact and Identity Information

Name, business name, job title, professional role, email address, telephone or mobile number, mailing or business address, social-media handle, preferred communication method, and other contact information you provide.

3.2 Business and Professional Information

We may collect information about your business, industry, location, website, online business profiles, products and services, marketing or operational needs, current technology providers, business goals, number of locations or employees, professional responsibilities, and information necessary to scope or deliver requested services.

3.3 Account and Authentication Information

If account functionality is offered, we may collect usernames, account identifiers, authentication credentials, account preferences, access permissions, login history, and security or verification information. We do not request passwords for unrelated third-party accounts unless authorized access is reasonably necessary to perform requested services and a secure method is used.

3.4 Commercial and Transaction Information

We may collect information about services requested, purchased, or considered; subscriptions and contracts; quotes and proposals; transaction dates; billing contacts; invoice and payment status; customer-service history; and related commercial records. Complete payment-card details are generally collected and processed directly by authorized payment processors rather than stored by Uberhaus.

3.5 Communications and Submitted Content

We may collect the content and metadata of emails, text messages, chats, contact-form submissions, telephone calls, voicemails, customer-support requests, documents, files, feedback, reviews, surveys, and social-media communications. Where calls or other communications are recorded or transcribed, we provide notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law.

3.6 Mobile-Messaging Information

Mobile telephone number; date and time of opt-in; source and method of opt-in; the consent disclosure presented; form or page version; keyword information; IP address, device, or browser data associated with online opt-in; message content and history; delivery, failure, and engagement information; HELP requests; opt-out requests; suppression status; and records reasonably necessary to establish, manage, or demonstrate consent.

The special restrictions in Section 4 apply to all mobile-messaging information and control over any inconsistent provision elsewhere in this Policy.

3.7 Website, Device, and Usage Information

We may automatically collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, session dates and times, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or similar identifiers, website performance information, and error or diagnostic data. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation through the general Uberhaus website unless a particular feature requires it and appropriate notice and consent are provided.

3.8 AI-Enabled Interactions

If you interact with an Uberhaus-operated AI receptionist, chatbot, automated assistant, or similar feature, we may process the questions and information you provide; call, chat, or message content; transcripts; interaction metadata; and information needed to respond, route an inquiry, schedule an appointment, or provide the requested service. We do not use voice recordings to establish biometric identity unless that practice is separately disclosed and legally authorized.

3.9 Information From Other Sources

We may receive limited Personal Data from a person who refers you; a business colleague or authorized representative; service providers and integrations; public business websites and directories; public professional profiles; event organizers; social-media platforms; or a business client acting as the relevant controller.

A telephone number obtained from a referral, public directory, purchased list, affiliate, partner, client, lead source, or other third party is not treated as consent to receive recurring or promotional text messages from Uberhaus. Uberhaus obtains SMS consent directly from the intended recipient.

3.10 Sensitive Information We Do Not Intentionally Seek

Unless necessary for a specific service and separately disclosed, we do not intentionally collect Social Security or government identification numbers, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, health or genetic data, protected beliefs or affiliations, sexual-orientation information, or children’s data. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your interaction with Uberhaus.

4. Mobile Messaging and SMS Privacy (A2P 10DLC)

No Third-Party Marketing Use of Mobile Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All disclosure categories in this Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent when the proposed use is marketing or promotion. Uberhaus will not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or provide that information to any third party, affiliate, partner, client, lead generator, or data broker for that party’s marketing or promotional use under any circumstances.

4.1 The Sender Is Uberhaus LLC

Messages governed by this Section are sent only by Uberhaus LLC under the Uberhaus brand. Except for a direct continuation of an active conversation in which the sender is already clear, Uberhaus messages identify Uberhaus as the sender.

Consent to receive texts from another company, an Uberhaus client, referral partner, affiliate, software provider, or any other person or organization does not authorize Uberhaus to send recurring or promotional messages. Uberhaus does not permit another entity to use Uberhaus SMS consent to market that entity’s products or services.

4.2 How You May Opt In

Depending on the program, you may opt in directly to Uberhaus through one or more of the following methods:

  • Checking a separate, unchecked SMS consent box on an Uberhaus form and submitting the form;
  • Entering your mobile number on a form that contains a clear SMS disclosure adjacent to the submission mechanism;
  • Sending a designated keyword to an Uberhaus-controlled telephone number;
  • Providing an electronic or written signature authorizing the specified messages;
  • Giving documented, direct consent during an interaction with Uberhaus where legally permitted; or
  • Specifically requesting that Uberhaus communicate with you by text for an identified purpose.

At the point of opt-in, Uberhaus identifies the sender; the general types of messages; whether messages may be recurring or automated; that message frequency may vary; that message and data rates may apply; how to opt out; how to obtain help; and where to review this Policy and any applicable messaging terms.

A one-time inquiry is not consent to ongoing marketing. If you initiate a text conversation, we may respond to that inquiry, but your inbound message does not by itself authorize unrelated, recurring, or promotional messages.

4.3 SMS Consent Is Separate, Specific, and Voluntary

SMS consent is distinct from and is not created by:

  • Consent to receive email or telephone calls;
  • Acceptance of general website terms or this Privacy Policy;
  • Submission of a general contact form without a clear SMS disclosure;
  • Providing a number for identity, billing, account, delivery, or security purposes;
  • A prior business relationship, silence, inactivity, or a pre-checked box;
  • Consent previously given to another company; or
  • Consent allegedly supplied by an affiliate, partner, lead generator, data broker, client, or other third party.

Where marketing or promotional texts are involved, Uberhaus obtains the legally required form of prior consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing property, goods, or services.

4.4 Consent Cannot Be Transferred or Shared

Consent is limited to the person and mobile number identified during opt-in, Uberhaus LLC as the identified sender, and the message category or subject described during opt-in. Uberhaus does not buy, sell, rent, trade, assign, transfer, import, or export SMS consent. A material change to the sender, brand, or message subject may require new consent.

4.5 Limited Operational Processing

Uberhaus may permit telecommunications carriers, messaging aggregators, communications-platform providers, hosting providers, and compliance vendors to process limited mobile information only as reasonably necessary to transmit or route requested messages; operate the messaging platform; maintain consent records; process STOP and other opt-out requests; maintain suppression lists; provide support; detect fraud or unauthorized messaging; troubleshoot delivery problems; protect program security; or comply with law.

These providers act only for operational purposes and are not authorized by Uberhaus to use mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This limited processing does not grant any provider independent marketing rights.

4.6 Types of Messages

Depending on the consent you provide, Uberhaus messages may include responses to inquiries; consultation or appointment scheduling; appointment confirmations and reminders; quote or proposal follow-up; account or service notifications; project-status information; customer-support communications; billing or transaction notices; security or verification messages; and marketing or promotional messages only when separately authorized.

We do not materially expand recurring messages beyond the sender and subject disclosed at opt-in without obtaining any additional consent required by law or carrier rules.

4.7 Message Frequency, Charges, and Delivery

Message frequency varies according to your interaction and the program. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Uberhaus does not control carrier charges. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.8 How to Opt Out

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. You may also use another commonly recognized opt-out request, including UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. We also honor other clear, reasonable requests to stop text messages when technically feasible.

After an effective opt-out request, Uberhaus may send one final confirmation message and will suppress the number from further recurring messages covered by the opt-out. The opt-out process does not require a fee, account login, purchase, or explanation.

You may also request an SMS opt-out by emailing support@uberhaus.agency with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and including the mobile number to be suppressed. Opting out of SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from email or other channels, each of which has separate preferences.

4.9 How to Obtain Help

Reply HELP to an Uberhaus text message for available assistance, email support@uberhaus.agency, or use https://www.uberhaus.llc/contact.

4.10 Re-Opting In

After opting out, you may receive recurring messages again only after providing a new affirmative opt-in through an authorized Uberhaus consent method. A purchase, website visit, account login, email inquiry, or other interaction does not automatically restore SMS consent.

4.11 Consent Records, Suppression, and Reassigned Numbers

Uberhaus may retain evidence of consent and opt-out records for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, honor preferences, prevent accidental re-enrollment, resolve disputes, respond to carrier or regulatory inquiries, and establish or defend legal rights. A minimal suppression record may be retained after other Personal Data is deleted so that further messages are not sent.

By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to provide consent. Please notify Uberhaus if you stop using or controlling the number. Uberhaus may use reasonable tools to identify disconnected or reassigned numbers and prevent messages from reaching an unintended recipient.

4.12 Client Messaging Programs and Controlling Effect

When a separate business uses Uberhaus technology to operate its own messaging program, that business must be clearly identified as the sender, obtain direct consent to messages from its brand, provide its own applicable disclosures and terms, and remain responsible for the program. Client consent cannot be repurposed as consent to Uberhaus marketing.

If any other part of this Policy could be interpreted inconsistently with this Section, this Mobile Messaging and SMS Privacy Section controls with respect to mobile phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, messaging consent, and text-messaging originator information.

5. How We Use Personal Data

5.1 Provide and Administer Services

Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, enter into and administer contracts, create and manage accounts, design or maintain websites, provide AI receptionist or communications services, perform business-profile, marketing, or consulting services, deliver requested products or services, process transactions, and provide support.

5.2 Communicate With You

Respond to questions, schedule meetings, send service-related notices, provide project updates, deliver customer support, send administrative communications, notify you of material changes, and communicate through a channel you requested or authorized. Promotional SMS is governed exclusively by Section 4.

5.3 Process Payments and Maintain Records

Generate invoices, process or confirm payments, maintain tax and accounting records, prevent payment fraud, resolve billing disputes, and comply with financial recordkeeping obligations.

5.4 Operate and Improve

Operate the website, understand usage, diagnose technical issues, improve navigation and performance, conduct quality assurance, develop or improve services, measure content effectiveness, maintain business records, and analyze service demand.

5.5 Security, Fraud Prevention, and Enforcement

Authenticate users, protect accounts and systems, detect fraud or unauthorized activity, prevent spam and abuse, investigate suspected violations, maintain logs, enforce agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Uberhaus, clients, users, and others.

5.6 Marketing Other Than SMS

Subject to applicable law, we may use contact and professional information to send Uberhaus email or other non-SMS marketing. You may unsubscribe using the mechanism in the message or by contacting us. Service, security, billing, and other non-promotional communications may continue where reasonably necessary. We do not use email consent as SMS consent or SMS consent as consent for unrelated channels.

5.7 Legal and Compliance Purposes

Comply with law, valid legal process, tax and recordkeeping obligations; conduct compliance reviews; respond to regulatory, carrier, or law-enforcement inquiries; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5.8 With Your Direction or Consent

Use Personal Data for another purpose when you direct us or provide legally sufficient consent.

6. How We Disclose Personal Data

Uberhaus does not sell Personal Data to data brokers. We disclose Personal Data only as described below, subject to the special restrictions in Section 4 for mobile information.

6.1 Service Providers and Processors

We may provide limited information to vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, cloud storage, CRM and communications infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, customer support, scheduling, accounting, and document management. These providers may process information only for contracted services, legal compliance, security, or other permitted operational purposes.

6.2 Professional Advisers

We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

6.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process; respond to lawful requests from public authorities; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce agreements; protect legal rights; protect an individual’s safety; or prevent or address unlawful conduct.

6.4 Business Transactions

Personal Data may be reviewed or transferred as part of a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards. Mobile-messaging consent is not automatically transferable to a differently identified sender or brand; any successor must obtain new consent where required.

6.5 At Your Direction

We may disclose information when you instruct or authorize us to do so.

6.6 Aggregated or Deidentified Information

We may use or disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be associated with an individual. Where required, we maintain that information in deidentified form and do not attempt to reidentify it.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

Uberhaus relies on third-party platforms and integrations to provide portions of its services. Depending on your interaction and the configuration selected, these may include the following categories and providers.

7.1 HighLevel / LeadConnector

Uberhaus may use HighLevel, GoHighLevel, or LeadConnector technology for websites, forms, customer-relationship management, scheduling, email, telephone, SMS, automation, payment links, and related functions. Uberhaus controls how it configures and uses these tools for its own operations, but cannot control a provider’s independent internal infrastructure or handling beyond our instructions, contracts, security settings, and the provider’s published policies and legal obligations.

7.2 AI and Communications Providers

Uberhaus may use AI and communications providers to operate receptionist, call-routing, transcription, scheduling, or support functions. These providers may process interaction content and metadata solely to provide the configured service, subject to applicable agreements and law.

7.3 Payment Providers

Payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal may collect and process payment and identity-verification information directly under their own terms and privacy notices. Uberhaus generally receives transaction confirmation and limited billing information rather than complete payment-card credentials.

7.4 Responsibility for Independent Services

We evaluate and configure providers with reasonable care and seek appropriate contractual protections. Nevertheless, no business can guarantee or directly control every action within an independently operated third-party platform. This statement does not limit any responsibility Uberhaus has under applicable law for providers acting on our behalf.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Uberhaus may use cookies, pixels, local storage, scripts, and similar technologies to operate, secure, understand, and improve the website.

8.1 Strictly Necessary Technologies

These support website operation, security, fraud prevention, network management, form functionality, session management, and privacy preferences.

8.2 Functional Technologies

These may remember display, language, region, form-progress, or other preferences you request.

8.3 Analytics Technologies

These may help us understand traffic, page performance, navigation, general device characteristics, referral sources, and whether features function as intended.

8.4 Advertising Technologies

If advertising or remarketing technologies are used, we provide any notice, consent, and opt-out required by applicable law. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never used or shared for third-party advertising or promotional purposes.

8.5 Your Controls

Where legally required, nonessential technologies are activated only after appropriate consent. You may use browser settings and any cookie-preference tool provided on the website. Blocking certain technologies may affect functionality. Uberhaus honors a legally recognized Global Privacy Control signal where required. Because browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not uniformly defined, we respond to them only where legally required or technically supported.

9. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or another law requires a lawful basis, Uberhaus relies on one or more of the following bases depending on the activity.

  • Contract: processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps.
  • Legitimate interests: processing supports reasonable business operations, security, customer support, service improvement, B2B communications, or legal protection, balanced against individual rights.
  • Consent: you affirmatively agree to a particular activity, including promotional SMS or certain nonessential cookies, where required.
  • Legal obligation: processing is necessary to comply with law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • Legal claims, vital interests, or public interests: processing is necessary to establish or defend rights, protect an individual, or satisfy another legally recognized basis.

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Promotional SMS is sent only under the direct consent rules in Section 4.

10. Data Retention

Uberhaus retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain a customer relationship, complete transactions, maintain tax and accounting records, honor communication preferences, satisfy contracts, protect systems and users, resolve disputes, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

Retention periods depend on the nature and sensitivity of the information, relationship duration, contractual requirements, limitation periods, regulatory and tax obligations, security considerations, and backup or archival constraints.

SMS consent records and minimal opt-out suppression records may be retained as described in Section 4. When Personal Data is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to legal and technical limitations.

11. Data Security

Uberhaus uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  • Access controls and role-based permissions;
  • Authentication and account-security measures;
  • Secure transmission methods and encryption where appropriate;
  • System monitoring, logging, backups, and incident-response procedures;
  • Vendor review and contractual confidentiality requirements;
  • Workforce and contractor training; and
  • Data minimization and retention controls.

No website, transmission method, storage system, or security program is completely secure. Uberhaus cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse will never occur. If we become aware of a security incident affecting Personal Data, we investigate and provide legally required notifications.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials under your control and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.

12. International Data Transfers

Uberhaus is based in the United States. Personal Data may be stored or processed in the United States or another country in which our service providers operate, and those locations may have privacy laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

Where a transfer mechanism is required, Uberhaus uses an appropriate mechanism, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses, the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Addendum or agreement, an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, a legally recognized certification framework, or another lawful transfer basis.

13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have some or all of the following rights.

  • Confirm whether we process your Personal Data and request access;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
  • Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain Personal Data;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent;
  • Opt out of marketing, targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling;
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive Personal Data;
  • Appeal the denial of a privacy request where applicable; and
  • Receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

13.1 How to Submit a Request

Email support@uberhaus.agency with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or submit a request through https://www.uberhaus.llc/contact. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the relationship or interaction involved. For SMS opt-outs, replying STOP is the fastest method.

13.2 Verification

Before fulfilling certain requests, we may need to verify your identity and authority. We request only information reasonably necessary for verification. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to provide, correct, or delete certain information.

13.3 Authorized Agents

Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require proof of authorization, direct confirmation, identity verification, or other information permitted by law.

13.4 Appeals

If applicable law provides an appeal right, email support@uberhaus.agency with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and information sufficient to identify the original request and review the decision.

14. California Privacy Notice

This Section supplements the rest of the Policy for California residents and applies to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to Uberhaus or the relevant processing. Even where a statutory threshold does not apply, Uberhaus may voluntarily provide comparable controls when reasonably feasible.

Uberhaus does not sell or share the Personal Data of consumers under 16. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never sold or shared for another party’s marketing or promotional use.

If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any required notice and opt-out mechanism before applying the new practice.

14.3 California Rights

Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right to know categories and specific pieces of Personal Data; know sources, purposes, and categories of recipients; request deletion; request correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of Sensitive Personal Information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment.

14.4 Sensitive Personal Information

Uberhaus does not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about you. We do not intentionally collect biometric identification data, precise geolocation, genetic information, or protected-classification information through the general Uberhaus website.

14.5 Financial Incentives and Direct Marketing Disclosures

Uberhaus does not currently offer a financial incentive or price difference in exchange for collection, sale, or sharing of Personal Data. We do not disclose customer Personal Data to third parties for their own direct marketing in a manner that would require a California “Shine the Light” customer list.

15. EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

15.1 Controller and Processor Roles

For Personal Data collected for Uberhaus’s own purposes, the controller is Uberhaus LLC. Contact us at support@uberhaus.agency or https://www.uberhaus.llc/contact. For data processed solely on behalf of a business client, that client is ordinarily the controller and Uberhaus ordinarily acts as processor.

15.2 European Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port Personal Data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; object to direct marketing at any time; withdraw consent; obtain information about transfer safeguards; and lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority for your habitual residence, workplace, or the location of an alleged infringement.

15.3 Automated Decision-Making

Uberhaus does not use Personal Data collected under this Policy to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without providing any notice, safeguards, or choices required by applicable law.

16. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of Personal Data; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit specified uses of sensitive data; and appeal a request decision. Rights vary by state and may be subject to exceptions. Submit requests through the methods in Section 13.

17. Children's Privacy

The Uberhaus website and agency services are intended for adults and business users. They are not directed to children under 13, and Uberhaus does not knowingly collect Personal Data directly from children under 13 through the general Uberhaus website. Where a higher age threshold applies, we comply with that threshold and any required consent.

If you believe a child submitted Personal Data without appropriate authorization, contact support@uberhaus.agency. We will investigate and delete the information when required. A separately branded family, education, or children’s service, including a Fala Kids property, may provide a separate notice tailored to that service.

18. External Websites and Services

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, social networks, scheduling services, or other services. Uberhaus does not control the independent privacy practices of a third party acting for its own purposes. Review that party’s notice before providing information directly to it.

When a vendor processes Personal Data solely for Uberhaus, we seek appropriate contractual and security restrictions. However, no company can guarantee the security or conduct of an independently operated third-party system.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, data practices, applicable laws, carrier requirements, or business operations. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Where required, we provide additional notice of a material change.

A Policy update does not retroactively expand SMS consent. If a change materially affects the identified text-message sender, message category, or use of mobile data, Uberhaus obtains any new consent required before applying the change.
